We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our Assessment Team in Devon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and providing support to children and families in need.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to determine their needs and risks Developing and implementing care plans to support the well-being and safety of children Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to provide holistic support Participating in case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings as required Providing guidance and support to children and families to promote positive outcomes

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a relevant social work qualification Registered with Social Work England Demonstrated experience in working with children and families in a social work setting Strong assessment and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
