Join our dedicated Children's Social Work Assessment Team in Nottinghamshire, where your expertise will make a significant impact on the lives of children and families. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Qualified Social Worker to support our mission of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and work collaboratively with families and multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for children.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in need of support. Developing and implementing effective care plans tailored to individual needs. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Collaborating with other professionals, including health and education services, to provide holistic support. Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance service delivery.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in children’s social work, particularly in assessment and intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families.
