Join our dedicated Children's Social Work - Case Management Team in Shropshire, where you will play a vital role in improving the lives of children and families within our community. We are seeking a qualified and passionate Social Worker to provide high-quality case management services. Your work will involve collaborating with families, schools, and other agencies to ensure that children receive the support they need to thrive.
As a Children's Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing tailored care plans to meet the unique needs of children and families. Managing a caseload of children in need, ensuring regular monitoring and review of their progress. Working closely with multi-agency teams to coordinate support services and interventions. Providing guidance and support to families, empowering them to make positive changes. Documenting casework and maintaining accurate records in compliance with local and national standards.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, particularly in case management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children and families.
