The London Borough of Lambeth is seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Social Work (SW) - Child and Adolescent Team (CAT). As a Qualified Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Assessing the needs of children and families, ensuring their voices are heard and considered in all decision-making processes. Developing and implementing effective care plans that address identified needs and promote the best outcomes for children. Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to provide integrated support and services. Conducting regular reviews of care plans and making necessary adjustments based on the evolving needs of children and families. Maintaining accurate and timely records in accordance with statutory requirements and local policies.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working in children's social care, particularly within a statutory setting. Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
