We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to work within our Children & Families (C&F) Team, committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children and families, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with various agencies to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and family needs. Developing and reviewing intervention plans in partnership with families. Providing support and guidance to families and children in crisis. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in multi-agency meetings and liaising with external partners.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current Social Work England registration. Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
