Join our dedicated Children's Social Work (C&F Team) in Hull, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families in our community. As a Qualified Social Worker, you will engage with families, assess their needs, and implement effective interventions to promote positive outcomes. Your expertise will help in developing and maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and other stakeholders to support vulnerable individuals and foster their development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in need of support. Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual family circumstances. Working collaboratively with multi-agency teams to provide integrated support services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Attending court hearings and providing evidence as required.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, preferably within a Children and Families setting. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
