Join our dedicated Children’s Social Work (C&F Team) in Nottinghamshire, where you will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable children and families. We are seeking a passionate and qualified Social Worker who is committed to making a difference in the lives of children and their families. In this role, you will work collaboratively with multi-agency teams to ensure the safety and well-being of children, while promoting positive outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing appropriate care plans for children and families. Providing direct support and intervention to children and families in need. Collaborating with schools, health services, and other agencies to ensure comprehensive support. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements. Participating in court proceedings and presenting evidence when necessary.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children’s social work, particularly in safeguarding and child protection. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
