As a Children's Social Worker, you will play a vital role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable children. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and intervention to families to promote positive outcomes. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and professional standards. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection conferences.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Demonstrated experience in children's social work, particularly in assessment and intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
