Join our dedicated Children & Families Team in Gloucestershire as a Qualified Social Worker, where you will play a vital role in improving the lives of children and families in our community. In this position, you will work collaboratively with families, partner agencies, and other professionals to assess needs, develop support plans, and ensure the safety and well-being of children.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and other stakeholders. Monitoring and reviewing progress, ensuring that interventions are effective and adapting plans as necessary. Providing support and guidance to families, helping them to access resources and services. Maintaining accurate and timely records in accordance with local policies and statutory requirements.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills.
