Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans tailored to individual children's needs. Working closely with children, families, and other agencies to ensure effective service delivery. Managing a caseload of children in care, providing ongoing support and intervention. Attending and contributing to multi-agency meetings and reviews to monitor progress and outcomes. Documenting case notes and maintaining accurate records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working within children's social care, particularly with children in care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families. Knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding practices.
