Join our dedicated team as a Children's Social Worker in the Children in Care (CIC) Team in Essex. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans in partnership with children, families, and relevant stakeholders. Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to the development of best practice.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families, particularly in a statutory setting. Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
