As a member of our CIC Team, your key responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with multi-agency partners to provide holistic support and interventions. Advocating for the rights and wishes of children, ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making processes.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Strong knowledge of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
