Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a difference in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a qualified Children's Social Worker to join our Children in Need (CIN) and Children in Care (CIC) team in Nottingham. In this rewarding role, you will work collaboratively with children, families, and partner agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable children and young people.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with families and other stakeholders. Providing support and guidance to children and their families, promoting positive outcomes. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with local policies and procedures. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding discussions.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current Social Work England registration. Experience working within a CIN/CIC framework is highly desirable. Strong assessment and analytical skills.
