Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a difference in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join our Children’s Social Work - Children in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) Team in Lincolnshire. In this role, you will play a vital part in safeguarding vulnerable children and supporting families to achieve positive outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in need of support. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans to address individual needs. Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for children. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in court proceedings and presenting evidence as required. Providing support and guidance to families to promote their well-being and resilience.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. Experience working within a CIN/CP setting, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
