We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Social Work (CSW) Team in Cardiff. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children and families within our community. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with families, schools, and other agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of children in need of support.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and providing ongoing support to children and their families. You will be responsible for managing a caseload, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies, and maintaining accurate case records. Additionally, you will participate in multi-agency meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service delivery.

To be considered for this position, you must hold a recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Care Wales. You should have experience working in children's services, with a strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding practices. Essential skills include excellent communication, assessment, and organizational abilities, as well as the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
