We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Social Work (CSW) Team in Doncaster. This role is vital in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families within our community. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with families, schools, and other agencies to provide the necessary support and interventions that promote positive outcomes for children.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Assessing the needs of children and families to determine appropriate support services. Developing and implementing care plans that are tailored to the unique circumstances of each child. Conducting regular reviews of cases to ensure that the needs of children and families are being met effectively. Working closely with other professionals, including educators and healthcare providers, to coordinate services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all casework and interactions. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of services.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience working within children's social services. Strong assessment and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage a caseload.
