We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Social Work (CSW) Team in Milton Keynes. As a vital member of our team, you will work collaboratively to safeguard and promote the welfare of children, ensuring they have the support they need to thrive.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting assessments of children and families, developing and implementing care plans, and providing ongoing support and intervention. You will work closely with multi-agency teams to ensure effective communication and cooperation in safeguarding children. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and attending court proceedings as necessary.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work) and be registered with Social Work England. You should have a solid understanding of child protection legislation and practice, along with experience working in a children's social work setting. We are looking for candidates who possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
