Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a difference in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Social Work (CSW) Team in Nottingham. In this fulfilling role, you will work collaboratively with children, families, and other professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable children in our community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans to meet the individual needs of children and families. Working closely with children, parents, and caregivers to provide support and guidance. Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and follow-ups. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including education, health, and law enforcement, to safeguard children. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with statutory requirements.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work degree or equivalent qualification. Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, including knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a varied caseload.
