Join our dedicated Children's Social Work (CSW) Team in Redcar and Cleveland as a Qualified Social Worker. We are looking for passionate and skilled individuals to support children and families in need, ensuring their safety and well-being. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality social work services, working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to promote positive outcomes for children and families in our community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual circumstances. Providing direct support and intervention to children and families. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements. Participating in case reviews and multi-agency meetings to discuss and evaluate progress. Promoting the voice of the child in all aspects of social work practice.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in children's social work, including safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external partners.
