We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Social Work - CSW Team in Sheffield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, and supporting families in crisis.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs and risks of children and families. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with legal and organizational requirements. Participating in multi-agency meetings to coordinate services and support for children and families.To be considered for this role, you must hold a relevant social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work) and be registered with the Social Work England. Additionally, candidates should possess:
Experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a compassionate approach to social work.
