Join our dedicated Children’s Social Work (CWD) Team in Camden, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of children with disabilities and their families. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Qualified Social Worker to provide high-quality assessments, interventions, and support to children and their families. You will work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for our service users.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children with disabilities and their families. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in partnership with families. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring their needs are met. Collaborating with schools, health services, and other agencies to coordinate care. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children with disabilities and their families. Strong understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding policies.
