We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities Team in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in need.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Undertaking assessments and developing care plans for children with disabilities Working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children and families Providing support and guidance to families to promote their well-being and safeguarding Participating in multi-agency meetings and reviews to monitor progress and make informed decisions Advocating for the rights and best interests of children with disabilities

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration Experience working in a Children's Social Work setting, preferably within a Children with Disabilities Team Strong assessment and communication skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a complex caseload Commitment to continuous professional development and upholding ethical standards
