We are seeking qualified social workers who are committed to enhancing the well-being of vulnerable children and ensuring they receive the support they deserve.
As a member of our CWD Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children with disabilities and their families to identify needs and strengths. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring access to appropriate resources and services. Working closely with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations to coordinate care and support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children with disabilities and knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
