We are seeking a passionate and qualified Social Worker to support children and young people, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard. As a Social Worker in the CWD Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans tailored to the individual needs of children and their families. Providing support and guidance to families, helping them to navigate the challenges they face. Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to ensure a holistic approach to care and support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records while adhering to statutory requirements and best practice guidelines. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of services.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families, particularly those with disabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
