Join our dedicated Children's Social Work - Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team in Warwickshire, where you will play a vital role in supporting children and families facing unique challenges. As a Qualified Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with families, schools, and external agencies to ensure that children with disabilities receive the care and support they need to thrive. Your expertise will help empower families, navigate complex situations, and promote the well-being of children in our community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand the needs of children with disabilities and their families. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Monitoring progress and reviewing care plans to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of interventions. Providing advice and support to families, helping them access resources and services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with statutory requirements and best practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children with disabilities and their families. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
