As a member of our Children’s Social Work team, your key responsibilities will include:
Assessing the needs of children and families, developing and implementing effective intervention plans. Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure comprehensive support for children at risk. Conducting regular reviews and updates to care plans, ensuring they meet the changing needs of children. Providing support and guidance to families to promote positive parenting and improve family dynamics. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local and national standards.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills.
