Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans. Providing direct support and guidance to children and families. Monitoring and reviewing progress to ensure positive outcomes. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
