Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children's needs and family dynamics. Developing and implementing intervention strategies in collaboration with families and other professionals. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of children and families, adjusting plans as necessary. Providing support and advocacy for children and families in various settings, including schools and community organizations. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of casework activities and outcomes.To be successful in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., Social Work England). Experience working with children and families in a social work or related setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
