Join our dedicated Family Assessment and Support Team in Lincolnshire as a Children's Social Worker, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of children and families in our community. We are seeking a passionate and qualified individual who is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. In this position, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children and their families, developing support plans, and working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for those you serve.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans tailored to individual family situations. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Collaborating with schools, health services, and other agencies to provide holistic support. Participating in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to share best practices and improve service delivery.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children’s social work and knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
