Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a positive impact in the lives of children and families? The Family First Team in Bromley is seeking a qualified Children's Social Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding children, promoting their welfare, and supporting families to achieve positive outcomes. As a Children's Social Worker in the Family First Team, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and multi-agency partners. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records while adhering to local and national policies. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and family support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
