Join our dedicated Family Help Team at Achieving for Children as a Children's Social Worker! In this role, you will work collaboratively with families to provide support, guidance, and interventions that promote safety, well-being, and positive outcomes for children. Your expertise will help empower families to overcome challenges and thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children's needs and family dynamics. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families. Providing ongoing support and monitoring progress to ensure the safety and well-being of children. Working closely with multi-agency partners to coordinate services and resources. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in line with statutory requirements.To be considered for this role, you must have:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work capacity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse families.
