Are you a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker looking to make a difference in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a committed individual to join our Family Help Team in Bedfordshire. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment, where you can apply your skills to help vulnerable families navigate challenges and achieve positive outcomes.
As a Children's Social Worker in our Family Help Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Assessing the needs of children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being. Developing and implementing tailored support plans to promote positive family dynamics. Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to provide holistic support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in team meetings and contributing to service development initiatives.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A recognised Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and family support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
