As a Children's Social Worker within the Family Help Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing tailored support plans for children and families. Providing direct support and guidance to families, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Working closely with schools, healthcare providers, and other agencies to coordinate services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding discussions.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work capacity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport.
