In this role, you will be responsible for a range of key duties, including:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing child protection plans in collaboration with families and multi-agency partners. Providing ongoing support and intervention to families to promote safety and well-being. Maintaining accurate and timely case records and reports in accordance with legislation and local policies. Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance service delivery and professional development.To be successful in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and safeguarding, particularly within a Family Safeguarding framework. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
