Join the dedicated Family Safeguarding Team in Cambridgeshire as a Children’s Social Worker. We are seeking passionate and skilled professionals committed to enhancing the lives of children and families. In this role, you will work collaboratively with families to ensure the safety and well-being of children while promoting positive outcomes and resilience. Your expertise will be vital in assessing needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions that support family units in overcoming challenges.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with local policies and procedures. Participating in multi-agency meetings to advocate for the best interests of children. Providing support and guidance to families, empowering them to make positive changes.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children’s social work, particularly in safeguarding and family support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.

Join the dedicated team at Cambridgeshire as a Children’s Social Worker in our Family Safeguarding Team. We are looking for passionate and skilled professionals who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children and families. In this role, you will work collaboratively with families to ensure their safety and well-being while providing support and guidance to help them thrive.

Your key responsibilities will include:
