As a Children’s Social Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of key duties, including:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing child protection plans and interventions. Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure effective service delivery. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements. Providing support and guidance to families, helping them access necessary resources.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working within children's services or a similar environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with children and families.
