The Children's SW - FAST Team in Lincolnshire is seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our dynamic team. As a Qualified Social Worker on the FAST Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored care plans that promote the best outcomes for children. Providing direct support and intervention to families in crisis, ensuring timely and effective responses. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with statutory requirements. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and resources for families.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Demonstrated experience in child protection and safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
