Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families? Join our dynamic Children's SW - Fostering Team in Hull, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting vulnerable children and ensuring their safety and well-being. We are seeking a qualified social worker who is committed to fostering positive relationships and empowering families to thrive.

As a member of our team, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of foster care placements and ensuring they meet the needs of children. Developing and implementing care plans that promote the best interests of children in foster care. Providing ongoing support and supervision to foster families, ensuring they have the resources needed for success. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families, particularly in a fostering or child protection setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
