Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans to address the needs of children and families. Working collaboratively with multi-agency teams to provide effective support and intervention. Managing a caseload of children in need, ensuring timely and appropriate action is taken. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements. Providing advice and guidance to parents, caregivers, and other professionals.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., degree in social work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and child protection. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
