Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a difference in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join our Children’s SW - Help & Protection Team in Amersham. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safeguarding children and promoting their welfare, working collaboratively with families and other professionals to ensure that children are protected from harm and receive the support they need to thrive.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual circumstances. Working closely with multi-agency teams to coordinate support services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Providing guidance and support to families, helping them to access resources and services. Participating in court proceedings and presenting evidence when necessary.To be considered for this position, you must possess:
A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
