A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England as a qualified social worker. Strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
