As a Children's Social Worker in the Integrated Front Door Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and managing cases involving children and families in need of support. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure effective service delivery and safeguarding practices. Providing advice and support to families, ensuring that their needs are met and risks are minimized. Preparing and presenting reports for child protection conferences and court proceedings. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience working with children and families in a social work capacity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse families.
