Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families? Join our dynamic Kinship Team in Bolton as a Children's Social Worker. In this role, you will work closely with children, their families, and kinship carers to ensure the safety, well-being, and development of vulnerable children within the community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and external agencies. Providing support and guidance to kinship carers to enhance the stability and quality of care for children. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with statutory requirements. Participating in multi-agency meetings and liaising with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for children.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families, particularly in a kinship care context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust. Knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures.
