Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a difference in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a qualified Children’s Social Worker to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Team in Bromley. In this rewarding role, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding vulnerable children, working collaboratively with various agencies to ensure their safety and well-being.
As a Children’s Social Worker within the MASH Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and investigations into child protection concerns. Developing and implementing child protection plans in collaboration with families and partner agencies. Providing support and guidance to families, promoting positive outcomes for children. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in line with statutory requirements. Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings and contributing to strategy discussions.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, CSS, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and assessment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
