We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our Multi-Agency Team in Oldham. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work support and intervention to children and families in need.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children at risk Working collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of children Participating in case conferences and court proceedings as required Providing direct support and guidance to children and families to address their needs and concerns Advocating for the best interests of children and promoting positive outcomes

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a valid registration with Social Work England Experience working in a similar role within a statutory children's services setting Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to child protection Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
