Conducting thorough assessments of children's needs and circumstances. Developing and reviewing care plans in partnership with children, families, and multi-agency teams. Providing direct support and interventions to children and families to promote positive change. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements. Participating in court proceedings and presenting evidence as required.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and child protection. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
