We are seeking a qualified Social Worker who is passionate about child welfare and committed to safeguarding. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children and families, developing and implementing care plans, and working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for those in your care.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify risks and needs. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans tailored to individual cases. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including health professionals, educators, and law enforcement. Providing support and guidance to families, empowering them to make positive changes.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working in children's social services, particularly in safeguarding roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
