Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans in partnership with families and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and intervention to children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to the development of safeguarding strategies.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong assessment, analytical, and report writing skills.
