Join our dedicated team in Sefton as a Children's Social Worker within the Support & Protect Team, where your expertise will make a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable children and their families. As a Children's Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing support and guidance to families to promote positive outcomes for children. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in multi-agency meetings and court proceedings as required.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families.
