As a Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children in need, ensuring their safety and well-being while supporting their families through challenging times. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children's needs and family circumstances. Developing, implementing, and reviewing child protection and care plans. Providing direct support and guidance to families to promote positive outcomes. Working closely with schools, healthcare providers, and other agencies to coordinate services. Maintaining accurate and timely records in accordance with statutory requirements.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in family support settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with vulnerable families.
